By downloading, installing, or using the Harmony with Yourself mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sergey Ivanov, the developer of the App ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is not intended for use by children under 13.
Harmony with Yourself provides:
Some features require a Premium subscription (see Section 5).
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
Harmony with Yourself offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Premium features until that date.
Refunds. All subscription purchases are processed and managed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
Certain features of the App are available free of charge. Introductory offers or free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
The App uses AI to generate practice recommendations and reflective prompts. AI-generated content is provided for personal exploration only. It is not professional advice — medical, psychological, or otherwise. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Any journal entries, notes, or other content you create in the App ("User Content") remain yours. User Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not claim any ownership of your User Content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or health-related outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Harmony with Yourself is a self-improvement tool, not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or believe you may harm yourself or others, please contact emergency services immediately (112 in the EU, 911 in the US, or your local emergency number) or reach a licensed mental health professional.
All content included in the App — including practice texts, interface design, graphics, and AI prompts — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
