Open your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Harmony with Yourself, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.

When you start a trial, you get full Premium access for 7 days at no charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the Annual plan ($39.99/year) begins automatically. You can cancel at any time via iOS Settings.

Yes. Your check-ins, reflections, and progress are stored locally on your device only. We don't sell your data and don't run ads. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases inside the app. If that doesn't work, email us at sergeynoma@gmail.com and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the charge, and request a refund. Apple typically processes requests within a few days.

Harmony stores data locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or restored your iPhone without a backup, local data may not be recoverable. We recommend keeping regular iOS backups via iCloud or iTunes.

Each evening, the app generates a personalized question based on your check-in history from the past 7 days. It's designed to prompt meaningful reflection — not generic prompts. This feature is available in Premium.
